You may ask why I opened this store after working successful for others all my life. Simple - Service - or the lack of it in the business world today.
I know I can do better for you the customer than those that I have worked for in my twenty plus (20+) years of selling safety shoes. I have seen and heard of the disappointment when those that I have worked for have failed to meet their promises. I know I can do better on my own.
I have listened carefully to your complaints and seen first hand the problems that those that I have worked for have created by failing to listen to you, the customer. I can and will try harder to make your buying experience better and smoother so that you keep coming back to buy again and again.
I will try to give you as many buying options as possible by have an on-line store and still offering the hands on in plant sales that you have had from me in the past - the personal service that I feel you deserve.
I will give you the options for delivery that you want by allowing you to pick how you get your shoes, whether that is shipped to the plant or home, or delivered personally.
I will do my best to see to it that the problems that come up unexpectedly are handled quickly and handled to your satisfaction, not ignored as other companies do.
